Justin Royse began his adult life as an educator, beginning as a PE teacher and athletic director of a small private school in the Inland Empire and gradually transitioning into the classroom and finding his place as a middle school math instructor for over 10 years.
During the same tenure, Justin took over as both the Director of Technology and Director of Digital Media, as the school made a long-term commitment to innovation and educational technology. By the time he resigned from his full-time position - 16 years later - the scope of his responsibilities as Director of Technology covered everything from overseeing the campus network and infrastructure to resolving end-user issues; from looking after 100 workstations around campus to deploying and managing 100+ 1:1 student devices; and from teaching students to leading professional development.
More passionately, however, he had also become the school's photographer, videographer, and social media manager, taking charge of creating a modern and socially relevant online presence that would give the community a glimpse into the school's unique identity. From designing public billboard and magazine ad campaigns to producing all of the school's promotional videos and social media graphics, Justin has built a resume of experience in every aspect of digital marketing, bringing full circle his college and post-graduate degrees in marketing and educational leadership.
Today, Justin is the founder of CreativIT, LLC and devotes his days to helping both individuals and organizations tell their story and share their purpose with the help of his technical skills and creative passions.
